Flip I had no idea about the 180 days, if they keep that in they’ll lose tourists big time as most countries are only giving one booster. We had ours in December so we’re lucky we can still go in March, I didn’t know we had to register our tests on a website or am I reading that wrong says that under green pass when leaving Italy, so confused 😐

It does say that. I hope they change it soon for all our sakes, so many hoops to jump through what with forms tests passes etc! 😫

Oh no this now sounds all confusing!
So can you please put this in really simple terms for me
If my last jab (booster) was say 1 Dec I can only enter Italy 180 days after this (say 6 months) so that would be approx 1 June. Have I understood that correctly? Then what are you supposed to do as we aren’t being offered any more and actually should we be having jabs every 6 months anyway.
It’s really starting to put me off travelling!
I’m going to Croatia and that says 365 days (currently).

We are going to enquire about another booster for my husband as he is immuno compromised (he had cancer last year which is why his booster was earlier than ours) the rest of us are within the time frame. Not sure this will happen though! As you say would be great if we could just choose and pay the same as we pay for testing.

If your last jab was 1st december then you can travel to Italy until 1st June, but not afterwards unless you get another jab.

In our case we want to enter Italy 30th April, so our jabs need to have been done after 1st November and my husbands was done in October.

Had my booster 19th December which will take me to 17th June. Was booked to fly 31st may for a week and literally just changed the flights to 20th June the other day as wanted to try and guarantee better weather lol. Luckily easyJet allow free flight changes as looks like I’m pushing dates back!

Something to remember, although you can travel to Italy on these dates you would not be able to do anything after the 30th April apart from going to the the 6 designated essential shops. I’m ever optimistic that the rules for triple vaccinations will change before them as Italy started offering booster’s on the 1st December meaning Italian’s Green Pass will be no longer be valid at the end of May unless the rules change.

Sorry I don’t understand? It says if you are vaccinated you can have the super green pass. Why would we not be able to do anything after 30th April? (Am sorry if i am not getting this, its very confusing)

My understanding of the rules, but happy to be told otherwise.
From your dates your 180 days from your last vaccination would be up on 30th April. Your “Super Green Pass “ ( required for everything except essential shopping) would no longer be valid after the 30th April. My experience at Christmas was that everywhere apart from the supermarket checked your QR code for validity. Hoping a decision is made soon on extending the Green Pass validity to 9 months if you’ve had a booster.
