Songs about your home town/area
As it says what songs are there anywhere you live. None about any of the towns I live in but just a few miles down the road is A Town Called Ugley which is the title and subject of a Ward Thomas song

This song is all about middlesbrough. Back in the 1800s a minister visited & saw the industrial revolution here. He named middlesbrough an infant hercules. Cattle & cane are a local band (I've seen them about 20 times!) that also look football & the lyrics are actually printed into the Boro kits. They also have a song called tonight we dance (cleveland Hills). I live at the bottom of these in Eston. Have loved going up there for the last 30 years!
