Access to The Dibb blocked

I tried to log into The Dibb yesterday whilst travelling on a train from Norwich and using the WiFi provided by Greater Anglia and got the message below. I had no issues accessing other sites such as Facebook. Is there anything that I should be worried about?

I have unblocked that IP now. Let's see if we get anymore spammers using it.

I wonder if the dibb causes me to receive spam emails.it normally happens once or twice a year.
The reason I say this is I was warned about the dibb when logging in on a private network regarding spam.
The spam mail comes to the email I originally provided to join the dibb.
This is the only site that email is used at.
Not sure if others get this. Normally offering free goods from Aldi British gas etc etc

I get those too, the exact same ones. They get sent to my junk folder usually but one or two gets through occasionally

No, it is people registering to post spam on the forums. Not email being sent from theDIBB.

I had that as well when travelling from Liverpool St on a Greater Anglia train on Monday
I had previously been on a Thameslink train where I could access the Dibb all ok
