Virgin Special Assistance

I’m struggling to get a reply from special assistance I’ve been trying since the end of September and still only had 1 email with nothing further? Tried their email and the contact form on the website. Anyone else struggling?

I emailed them and they sent me an email saying they would ring me within 10days. The 10 days was up on Monday so I emailed them to say I had not been contacted. Still waiting. I will give it to the end of the week then contact them via social media, that seems to be the only way to get their attention.

Yeah I've also had same issue as both of you, but thankfully I've still got a few months. It's so frustrating though waiting for responses. Fingers crossed you both get through soon

I contacted Orlando Airport, regarding special assistance, and they responded within 24hrs, excellent customer service from them.

I still haven't been contacted. I have been discussing this with the VA team on Twitter and I am still getting the run around. It is a very poor service from VA, used to be much better when you could ring them. They have two different email addresses to contact the special assistance team, I have emailed both, and I still haven't received the promised telephone call to discuss what assistance we require for our trip.

Can I ask how far in advance you spoke to Special Assistance? I know with TUI they say as soon as you book. I have sent 2 emails to Virgin but heard nothing back at all.

It's a stress I would rather not be worrying about.

Also if anyone has any better email addresses?
