It really is easy to make ive now got it down to a fine art
I use my large Dutch oven rather than a deep fryer and Panko bread crumbs makes it much crisper
I buy tail on shrimp from either Costco or the Chinese supermarket but you can use jumbo shrimp

A friend of mine used to make sticky cocktail sausages.

Cook cocktail sausage in oven 180 fan for 10-15 mins. When done add a couple tablespoons of honey and some sesame seeds. Nice hot or cold. There are variations of this on google. Very tasty.

Some great ideas here. My DS is gluten free and it is so difficult to find shop-bought GF party food.

Your board looks really professional 😍

I find a nice dish and fill it with Philadelphia cheese and pour sweet chilli sauce over it…if I feel like making an effort I might make a hot crab dip to go with it (keep it warm in one of those fondue things I have hidden in a cupboard) then find another nice plate to arrange some crackers/bread!

That is one of my most favourite dips. 😍 In Australia Philadelphia makes a ‘sweet chilli philly’ and we would always have that with jatz crackers (basically a ritz cracker).

Hot crab dip sounds fab too. 😁
