Can anyone make sense of the BA email?

I'm trying to claim compensation for our recently delayed BA flight, can anyone make sense of this email? There was no attachment and nothing else outlining what we are due. I do not want a voucher, I will never be flying with BA again.

We take all reasonable measures to avoid delaying a flight and we’ll always consider if there are any operational options available before we make a decision. I'm sorry to hear your journey was disrupted, however, I’ve checked the details and I’m pleased to advise you’re entitled to compensation for the delay to your flight BA0205 on 27 November.

I have set out the amount of compensation payable in respect of your delayed flight. As an alternative, you might prefer the option of an eVoucher to apply against future travel.

The distance of your disrupted journey was over 3,500km and this has been calculated in accordance with EU legislation. Because you arrived at your destination within four hours of your scheduled arrival time, you’re each entitled to a €450.00 eVoucher in compensation, which is 50% of the full amount.

Please let us know if you would prefer to receive an eVoucher. Please reply to this email by using the blue link below.

If you decide to accept the settlement in an eVoucher, as an alternative to a cash payment, you're accepting we have fulfilled our obligations under EC Regulation 261/2004 and you're not entitled to any further compensation.

There was a link to reply. Should I just write that I reject the voucher and want cash?

Definitely cash, we don't want to use BA again any time soon, both our flights were horrific.

I've just got the email too - it appears the amount being offered by voucher is €450, which is 50% more than the €300 cash value.

britishairways/en-gb...nts-and-claims

I've just accepted the compensation for the BA205 flight from the 27th November and just submitted another claim for the BA204 flight from the 11th December.

Was yours €300 too? Do you think an infant will get the compensation?

What happened on the 11TH December flight. We only stayed for 13 days so flew back on the 10th. We had a 30.minute delay and that as it thankfully but the plane was absolutely shameful. This was my OH's IFE screen.
