I'm trying again. I've currently been No. 1 in line for an hour. Good thing it's not urgent. I just want to cancel a booking. Since it's flight and hotel I can't cancel it on line which is really annoying.

I’ve now been told they can’t help me as I booked through a third party… despite them helping me with the same issue a couple of weeks ago on the same booking!
Edit: They have now decided they can help me after all and rebooked my flights! Edited at 03:16 PM. |
