Infant seat on plane (BA booking) - help please!

So last week finally managed to speak to someone on the phone in BA holidays about booking our infant a seat on the flight.
Man says he has added it to our booking and I can see that my remaining balance has been updated with the extra cost.

He said we will have to wait for her to be ticketed on the flight and when this has happened we can pop into manage my Booking and select her seat.

It’s been a week now and we’ve not managed to book her seat. It’s still just showing the 2 seats we’ve booked already for myself and my husband. There’s no option to book one for her.

He said it could take up to a week - it’s been a week now. Obviously I can’t get through on the phones to ask them this, has anyone got any advice or been in this situation?

Try chat I used it twice yesterday for 2 different bookings both took 30 mins to get through and sort out

Thanks for the web chat tip - was waiting for nearly 3 hours to speak to someone but they did help eventually!
