They are redoing the track i think. I've also heard a rumour that they're adding in a fastrack queue that uses the lineberty app; I REALLY hope that's not true though! The queues are already ridiculous without having to manage a fastpass queue too!

DS will be disappointed about Autopia, but really hopeful that Buzz doesn't close then too as they are his 2 faves!

Is that a definite date for RnR? My son will be so happy if so, as we thought it would be closed before we go in August. It’s his favourite ride and he’s not happy it’s going (he’s autistic, doesn’t like change). Youngest will be happy too as he thought he’d never get to ride it.

That date was confirmed by ED92 a couple of days back. They are a very reliable source of info for DLP so I would be very surprised if it was wrong.

Having said that Disney may change their mind between now and then (as they can do about anything) and amend the date. But knowing DLP it would more than likely be delayed than brought forward. The fact it is scheduled to close on 2nd September when most summer holidays end won't be an accident. I suspect they wouldn't want to close it over the summer especially given how many other attractions will be closed at the same time.

Yes, that’s what I was thinking/hoping. Beginning of Sept makes sense, falling in after the main summer hols. Fingers crossed 🤞

It's a Small World? Noooooo! :-(

This has been our DLP staple since the kids were babies, and always our first and last ride no matter how many times we go on it in between. I don't think we'll ever be too old for it, but I guess that's one tradition put on hold for our next visit.

*sigh*

Huge IASW fan here. I guess that will strengthen my resolve not to go before September!
