We have done both courses during our holidays and have enjoyed them both. I think though with a younger child the Wintersummerland might appeal a little more.

Footgolf is at Old key west I think.
You pay for that although I’m sure I saw vouchers on one of the sites for reduced cost.
We haven’t done it but it looks fun. There is a Tim tracker video of this.

I went to the Fantasia one last year on an evening. It had been thundering and lightning and was closed, so we had to hang around for half an hour for it to open again. We had no issues getting on in the evening with our 14 day ultimates (was not even aware of the 4pm restriction and they didn’t say anything), but suppose they may enforce it if it is busy.
The course needed a refurb at the time, I was surprised how run down it appeared with non draining puddles, some of the triggers for the noises didn’t work etc. I was glad I wasn’t paying for it, albeit it was an enjoyable hour.
We were staying at Boardwalk so walked to it through Swan and Dolphin.

We have done both Winter-Summerland and Fantasia.

Fantasia has very little in the way of shade, not great for a clear sunny day, but is a great course with lots of tricks.

Winter Summerland is more popular with families with smaller kids, so can have a longer wait (they let you on the courses 2 holes apart so there is not too much bunching at the start)

All are great to play. You get one course free per day - so can play either winter OR summer or Fantasia.
