Yes, it is an outdoor event (hence weather-dependent), and it is separate from the twice-yearly Silver Spurs Rodeo, which is indoors at the Silver Spurs Arena (which also hosts the new Orlando SeaWolves indoor soccer, BTW). The old Kissimmee Rodeo closed a few years ago when the founder, Gary Suhl, died, but the family have decided to renew it this year after working through some logistical issues with the County, and it should be great to see it back again, as it really is a great visitor experience.
