Accommodation near universal

We’ve booked a surprise visit to universal for this trip as a treat for Dd who will have done her GCSEs ( we don’t usually do disney and universal In the same trip) - we’ve got 2 nights booked at RPR but we need another 2 nights for after this- reasonably priced fairly near to the universal parks

The Holiday Inn and Suites at Universal. It's across the road on South Kirkman road.

I’ve just booked doubletree at entrance to universal and got a good price. There is now seemingly a walkway that crosses Kirkman rd .

We have been looking at Rosen Inn closest to Universal (not any other Rosen Inn, there are several). No personal experience of it - can anyone comment?

We are looking to do Cabana Bay at the start of our holiday for Volcano Bay early entry then move over to RPR club level for the parks.

Would another on site Universal hotel not be good? No FOLP but early entry to the parks and Volcano Bay.

Rosen Inn International. Good clean hotel very well priced. Right by the big McDonalds. IHOP Denny’s and Perkins within 5 minute walk. Plus bus stop is also right outside on IDrive.

Depending on budget, any on I-drive are reasonable.
Also Universal are opening their value range of hotel on I-drive on the old wet'n'wild plot in Summer. Their prices are reasonable too.
