Yes it is. It was our best meal of the holiday, well worth a visit!

It is only on Sundays, we did it last August. We're lucky enough to be going back this August but QSDP this time, but we just ADR'd this yesterday as our one OOP meal... if that gives you an idea how much we enjoyed it!
California Grill is always 2 credits, brunch, lunch or dinner. The brunch for us was up to the signature restaurant expectations. The buffet offerings, including the sushi were really good and a good variety. The entrees you could order were a little more variable in meeting our expectations, but varied from OK to excellent. You could ask for more than one each. We shared 4 between 3, as DD could not decide between steak and French toast (!)... so we ordered both.
It's a really relaxed meal...totally unlike usual Disney meals. Jazz duet playing Disney songs, fab views from the Windows, and the cocktails given on entrance were regularly replaced by the server, or you could just help yourself.
The mini cakes at the end were beautiful, but we had to box them up as we were very full!
As usual with California Grill, you can go back in the evening to watch the fireworks on the viewing gallery, although we didn't as I personally think HEA isn't as good for watching at a distances Wishes was.

^ I loved the jazz duet playing Disney songs, it really added to my enjoyment of the brunch.
