Thanks I’ll bear that in mind.

I can't remember how long it was between paying for our disney passes through ATD and receiving them but don't remember it being a problem. We got them months before we were due to fly so didn't see it as a problem (And I rate ATD customer service very highly too)

Thanks 😄👍 - last year they were fab, that’s why we used them again this time, even though they were slightly more expensive. Might shop around a wee bit more next year 😄

Why don't you wait and see if there is a problem ?

We used them last month.

Our MNSSHP tickets came within two days. We paid the balance on our 14 day tickets two days later and they came just over a week later. Their website did state postage was within 7 working days I think so we weren't worried.

I do understand though that you want them asap when you've paid all that money.

There's a section to put in your travel date when you are booking. I assume they'd rush them through if need be. Did you get free UK park tickets too? They've probably sold a lot more so are posting out in batches because of this.

No we’ve got the Disney gift cards - I asked if they’d run out of these if it was maybe why it was holding up the despatch. She wasn’t quite sure. Not too bothered about getting the gift card right away, would just like the tickets soon as it’s getting quite near our fastpass dates.

I’m sure they will come along eventually, so I wouldn’t worry yet, it is frustrating though S I know I would be, but it must be due to your location which in this day and age is strange

I'm sure ATD can give you a reference number to link to MDE?

It's an envelope the OP is expecting, not a Four-Piece bathroom. Pretty sure Postman Pat won't need a truck and two mates to help. 😂
