Magic band selection

I emailed customer services and 48 hours later I could customise my magic bands. All sorted

I also sent an email yesterday and have just received a message back. All bands now on my mde.

Booked our trip to BLT for Aug 19 and we had this issue. Got our previous magic bands when clicking on the link and nowhere to customise the new ones. So, I did online check-in and the link to the magic bands then became ‘live’ and we were able to customise them.

on the front mage of MDE it shows a link to choosing magic bands but that just takes me to the same magic band page as i describved above.

i've set them all up previously but wanted to check what colours we all had...

is it just a little glitchy at the moment?

i know when i booked fast passes last week i could only do it online as the app never recognised me as being in the "window" which was annoying (though i did get absolutely everything i wanted so can't complain too much!)

I left it a while and they are still missing so I have dropped them an e mail, hopefully they will appear again soon

I started online check in & then I was able to customise my magic bands. All sorted now. Thanks for all the advice on here

May I ask who you emailed? I've just had a reply to my email telling me they can't access my account and advising me to call their internet help desk

There was a link at the bottom of the page that I clicked on. I have just had a look and it doesn’t seem to be there now only a telephone number. When I sent the message I instantly received an automated reply then within 24hrs it was sorted.

I’ve just checked my emails and the reply came from ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com you could try that. I just gave my name and booking reference number.

I haven't emailed or spoken to Disney but my magic bands have reappeared this morning for our August trip.
