Disneyworld resort hotels - check-in question

Hi all.

Staying at All Star music for 1 night. Does anyone know if i must have my passport or if i can use my D/L at check-in.

Only asking as i dont really want to carry the passport around all day as i doubt the room will be ready

We were not asked for either at check in at Coronado the other week. Had to show passport at the security gate but that is all.
