Hi. No experience of AoA through TUI. The price of pool heat will be dependent on the management company/owner. If not booked in advance, our management company would charge $25+tax per night.

As for pool heating ,it depends on when you are going. No countdown?

We had an AOA with TUI but in a named community (Southern Dunes) back in 2015, it was our first villa and we really liked it, now we like to pick one because we know whats important to us but the AOA was clean, tidy, bigger than we booked and had a good sized pool. We didn't get pool heat but I wish we had.

There will also be a call-out fee from the Management Company and most require payment in cash

We have just paid 35$ a day for heating a very small (10’x12’) pool and it was just warm enough.

Pool heat with cover will be required at the end of March in my opinion.

We did AOA with Thomson at the time in 2013, travelling in late April and paid for pool heating.

We had a named location and stayed on Nazha Drive on Hampton lakes, the only reason we went with Thomson was due to a bargain, £2k for villa and flights for 4 people.

The villa was classed as a standard spec one and in my own rating i would now class it as a moderate Florida Villa, it was clean and well looked after.
