Universal Printed Tickets

Hello we have recieved our Universal tickets through email.
They are A4 size when printed and they state go straight to the gate.
Can you exchange these tickets for the small ones Universal issue you with ?
These seem to be able to get easily damaged or if they get wet were stuck.

You didn't used to be able to but that might have changed, we bought some cheap ticket wallet things to keep ours in

I just spoke to Universal on the phone and asked two separate people, one in ticket sales and the other at guest services, and they both said that they could be changed at the guest services window at the park for the smaller tickets. Having said that, sometimes what you are told on the phone and what actually happens when you get there are two different things.

If it was me just in case guest services won't change them I would do what Shooby doo said and buy some zip lock bags to put them in, also print some copies off.

They will exchange a 14 day pass to a CC size no problem.
Many US visitors have 1 or 2 day tix and just use the email printout.

You can link the tickets on the Universal App on your phone and you'll just need to scan that at the gate

They can all be put on your phone as a QR code.
Also can be done individually.

I emailed Universal asking about it as we have A4 printouts also and got this reply:

Thank you for contacting Universal Orlando Resort™ Guest Services.


Yes, you can certainly visit Guest Services at the park and they will be able to reprint your tickets to the smaller business card size tickets. I hope this information is helpful. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at (407) 224-4233, option four (4).

You need the Universal Orlando app. My app has a wallet symbol at the bottom right but if you don’t have that tap on the menu at the top left and select wallet. At the bottom of the screen there is a bit to add tickets and passes. You can scan the barcode on your A4 tickets to add them. If everyone in your party has a smartphone and is taking it to the parks then they can each download the app for showing their own ticket.
