I had this a few months ago, terrible . I used otex for a week then I actually bought from amazon an ear irrigation system omg best thing ever.
Let’s just say it wasn’t nice what came out of my ear.
My hubby did it for me upstairs in the bathroom, the minute the water ran clear I heard the tv in what I thought was my sons room upstairs. Nope it was the tv from downstairs that I hadn’t even heard as clear ever lol. Totally worth the £15 , my advice is go to amazon prime and get it in time for Christmas .

Amazon have this
AcuLife Ear Wax Removal Syringe (2 Packs)
It works very well, but use olive oil for a few days to soften the wax before using the syringe. The tip is very soft silicon and the 3 holes at the end are at angles, so the flow does not aim at the eardrum, but around the edges of the wax.

That came as part of the set yes but this is a bottle you fill with water and has a long thin plastic tube and a trigger spray that you press while the soft tip of the tube is in your ear.

I never used the little space hooper part.

This one !

It was brilliant for me .
Omg it was so satisfying to see what came out (tmi)

However the otex was needed to soften and liquify the mess that was blocking my ear .

Just ordered one. My ears have been bunged up these last few months. I had drops from my GP which only helped a bit. No pain, just cant pop my left ear properly!
