UK/US Travel Corridor by June?

So as many already know, Paul Charles is suggesting that a travel corridor with the states will be in place starting June due to both countries having a strong vaccination programme. This is his latest tweet:

29 March - more countries to join red list
5 April - #TravelTaskforce advice to be made public
17 May - phased restart of travel, with traffic light system, testing and vaccine certificates
June - US/UK pilot travel corridor to open

If this comes to fruition, I wonder whether it will be designated airports only? We are due to fly to Miami on 5th August so have all fingers and toes crossed!
