Impossible to say what prices and demand will be like in November 2022 so you've effectively taken a risk by banking the price now (as you've found many companies aren't booking that far out yet, and too early to cost DIY).

In my opinion things are likely to be a lot stronger next year as travel recovers so may not be as many bargains around, so if you're happy with the price that's the main thing.

It doesn't sound too bad a price for 10 days inc flights, hotel (esp Universal Hilton) and xfers, especially if compared to more typical years prices.

Best thing now (unless you have a low cost cancellation option so can keep checking options) is to forget about the price and look forward to the hol 😀

Sorry I saw it as 2021 not 2022, but I still feel it could driven down by a £1k or so and you have loads of time to do it. Start with hotels and fill tights will always be around
