Maybe a silly question..
I’m a little unsure about dates when booking a villa. It says 11 months out for home resort, but can you book say a week on that date or does it have to be 11 months and a week so it covers until you check out?

You can book up to a week on the day the 11th month window opens.

Depends on how long you want to book for? So a week at 11 months or if it's a 2 week holiday you either "walk" the booking or wait another 7 days & book it all at once IYKWIM
Walking= you book your 7 days then add a day each forward. SD
