A bit weird, I know, but I find it weird when they say "You're welcome" every time after I say "thank you".

It makes we want to say "thank you" again after they say "you're welcome". We could be there all night going back and forth.

Yes exactly this! It happened to me whilst there this summer, the cashier and I went back and forth 3 times I think 😳. It almost feels like it’s an automatic response rather than them actually meaning it
