Annual pass query

Hi folks
Nothing booked yet but...
Just looking at ticket prices and trying to work out the best way of doing it to maximise benefits (financial and park perks!). Considering a preferred pass for parking (free after first visit) and food discount as the difference isn't much more.
1. Does is matter who has the preferred pass for driving as long as its someone in the party or does it have to be the driver? We would all be in the same car party of 6!
2. Can the preferred pass holder get discount on entire check for food or just their own meal?
3. Can you combine AP perks with for example landrys birthday discount if eating at bubba gumps?

TIA

1. No, passholder just has to be in the vehicle.
2. You can get it for all six in your party.
3. Not sure sorry.

We are seasonal AP holders - if we upgraded one to a preferred pass, would would it cost? Thinking about this if we get there this year?

Is it 10 or 15% for preferred pass holders on food?
