Help with banked points

Hi everyone,

Could someone help me with a quick question. I have looked at a SSR contract which has 197 points available for 2021.

The listing says that 125 can be banked so I assume 72 of those points have been banked from 2020. My question is if my offer is accepted can I bank the 125 point to 2022 and rent the 72 previously banked points?

Yes, assuming the banking is done before the deadline. What month is the use year?

Thank you, it's a Feb use year.

I assume the contract that you are interested in is actually for 125 points, is that correct?

Also what is the use year, as points must be banked in advance of the new use year.

We have an April use year and our points must be banked before the end of November.

The banking deadline is 30th Sept. '21 then.

The contract is a 200 point contract. The listing states 197 available for 2021, it says 72 banked into 2021 and 125 bankable, then 200 points available from 2022.

I assume I bank the 125 into 2022 but can I rent the 72 out if not using them in 2021 as they are from 2020?
