23/7 OKW 2br for just under 3 weeks.
Portofino at Universal for 4/5 nights
Park days booked but our party has dropped from 7 to 5 - will probably leave the accommodation as it is, maybe a suite instead of 2 rooms at Portofino. Disney tickets appear to be the complicating factor.
May have a last minute look at accommodation, my dd fancies a night or 2 at the Poly, I think we could cope with a studio for a couple of nights.
Fingers crossed it all happens.

Why are the Disney tickets complicating things?

Originally we were a party of 7.
I used BA for flights, Portofino and Disney tickets.
I allocated the tickets on MDE and booked our park days.
Jump forward a couple of months and my son’s gf and her daughter are no longer coming along.
The tickets are possibly non refundable, I am happy to pay for them and keep them for next year, probably paying an additional fee but because they have been allocated I may not be able to do this.
I could ask her to pay but as the trip was pretty much a gift then it’s unlikely she would have the money.

Fingers crossed we fly with BA on 19th September. Got 5 nights booked at Cabana Bay (booked as a package with flights), then 2 nights at AKV Jambo House (our 1st DVC stay since buying resale last year :-) ), followed by 12 nights at Pop Century (booked direct with Disney including tickets). Got all our park reservations including MK on 1st October for the 50th. We also have 5-day 3-park Universal tickets provided by Universal as compensation for not being able to use our annual passes last year.

Ah I see, I would be surprised if they were non refundable. As long as they aren't activated Disney should be able to cancel them off, so would assume BA should be able to (minus an admin fee no doubt). Even if they've been assigned in MDE that doesn't class as activating them.

We had tickets (albeit through ATD) and we had allocated them on MDE and booked park reservations. We then had to cancel and return them when we moved the trip to October as they were originally only valid till September.

We had no issue canceling them off MDE and adding new tickets.

I'd give BA a ring see what they can do

We’re arriving (hopefully) July 9th. 12 nights at Riviera and 3 nights AKL.

It’s our welcome home - we’ve rebooked so many times but really hope this happens!

I spoke to BA at the weekend to make a flight adjustment and we spoke about the tickets. I’m sure there is something to be done but I just like things to be straightforward!
I haven’t removed them from the flights yet - it’s £50pp to remove them but if the trip is cancelled it costs me nothing.
Maybe once they are off the flights will be the time to do something.

We seem to have quite a bit of overlap! We're flying out the day before you, we're at AKV 22/9 to 26/6 and we're going to MK on 1st October. I'm really not sure how long we'll stay there though! I want to experience it but I'm not the biggest fan of crowds.

Same here! I really want to be in MK on the 1st but I don't like crowds. Especially after the last 12 months, the thought of being in a crowd of people is quite scary!

The crowd thing is a factor but really the "people in white coats carrying strait jackets" should all be coming for us! We are all planning on going to the busiest place in the World!
