Tying to get through to MS

What is the best time to try and get through to MS on the phone?

I am just getting cut off !

As soon as they open. If you keep refreshing the DVC home page when you're logged in chat will eventually let you on too.

That’s what I did today , was going to do it when MS opened but I didnt manage , did chat at 4 o’clock

I cancelled a reservation for May and I have been told the points will now be extended a year. I was initially told on chat that it would take 15 working days to show in my 2021 UY but I have now been told it will be the first week of June (May UY).

I now want to rent these points but as they have not been moved it looks like if I make a booking the points would come out of my 2022/23 UY so when my initial ones eventually get moved I will be left with my oldest points and I wanted to use them first (hope this makes sense!)

I went on chat yesterday and they said they didn’t know how to go about using the oldest first and to phone. I didn’t even get as far as holding just kept getting cut off.

I got the impression yesterday you can’t rent them out until they are in your use year , ie you can’t rent until june
For us she said they won’t go into our account until December , we have a dec use year
therefore we can’t rent them out until December , which only leaves 5 months to get them rented

Don’t know why there are doing this as in why they just don’t extend from when you call them until next May
