Membership card

Is there anyone who has bought direct fairly recently ( since COVID), who can tell me how long it took for your Membership card to arrive. We closed on 22 March and have had Insurance documents and a Welcome Home letter but not received the membership cards. I was wondering how long I should give it before I try and enquire.

If you can login to dvcmember.com you can download an electronic membership card.

You used to be able to order a physical card on the website, probably still can.

They apparently do a ‘run’ of the cards every so often so you have to wait. I remember when I bought my direct add on, I waited ages, ordered some more on the website then 4 came through.

When I bought in 2017 I didn’t automatically get my card. I had to go onto the DVC site and order one. I also got the electronic one for my phone.

I’ve got the electronic ones, but call me sad because I want a physical one😂

Think ours took a long time to arrive!

Pre-covid my husband and I requested cards a day apart. Mine arrived in a couple of weeks and his took about 5 months! I can only guess that I'd managed to request mine on the day that they were doing a run of them.
