Just installed the 'check my trip' app and they're asking for a copy of my booking confirmation email to register my trip. How safe is this?

it is super safe - its the infrastructure TC use for their flights, third party but a recognised component of your trip...

BUT you don't need to send them the email

go to tc airlines website and do a live chat (or check your paperwork) - you need a 6 alphanumeric reference something like OXY5CC - and you can just add the trip to the app along with your surname... by clicking the "+"

also log into the actual tc website and use your 8 digit ref to bring it up on there - looks like this.

gives a little more reassurance (nb this is mine last year)

Have tried doing this and it says they can't find my trip? And to send booking confirmation e mail 😔

do you deffo have the flight ref no and are flying with TC (I know they sell other airlines flights too)

also try the website instead of the app

do they use the airtanker on vegas flights from Manchester?

We have been changed onto airtanker flying into Miami from Manchester in September, so Vegas a possibility too I would say 😳
