Which tickets?

Have booked an unexpected trip for September this year to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. Have only managed to get 11 nights due to work commitments and my dilemma is whether to do Disney & Universal ultimate tickets. I definitely want to do Disney so its as cheap to get a 14 day as a 7 day so that's sorted.

But realistically I'm only going to do 2 days at Universal so is there a cheaper way of doing this with park hopping without having to buy the Uk ultimate ticket?

Any suggestions you lovely lot? xx
