14 day tickets - 15th day

We have booked 14 day tickets for Disney this summer, even though we were only planning on being there for 5 days inbetween our two cruises, as they were the same price as 7 day one.

We have two days after the second cruise before we fly home and are thinking about what to do. We’ve got enough DVC points to do a couple of nights at BLT but are wondering about the tickets.

So, 13th we get off our first cruise and head to the parks. We are then there for 5 nights and head to the second cruise on the 18th. We will have used the tickets for 5 days by this point. Then we have a 7 night cruise, heading back to Disney on the morning of the 25th. The 14 days would be up on the 26th. Now we fly home on the 28th and would be driving down to Miami on that day so no parks. This just leaves the 27th.

I’ve seen people say that they have been able to use 14 day tickets on the 15th day if there have missed some days in the middle. Obviously we will have done because of the cruise.

Anyone know if there is any truth to this?

I can confirm I have done this twice. The tickets are valid for 14 days from day of first use so technically 15 days.
