Buying Memory Maker from the UK

Can anyone help me with how I can actually purchase the advance memory maker? Each time I go to purchase it takes me back to the UK ultimate tickets but I bought MYW tickets.

Try phoning 0800 169 0730 option 4 and ask them to put you through to the right department.

Finally got around to this today. Recreations team on 0800 085 0582 were most helpful and sorted it in 5 mins.
