Can’t link disney tickets
Hi
I have just received my Disney tickets from undercover tourist and I can’t link them to MDE. Any ideas why? It just says “sorry were having trouble getting ticket info. Please try again” I’ve tried ringing undercover tourist and theres no answer and their mailbox is full so not accepting messages |

Try using the web site rather than the app and if no luck phone Disney at midday we had to for the same reason
