Hertz car hire - Miami

Hi,

Has anyone used Hertz at Miami lately?

We normally use Dollar but thanks to posters on The Dibb we got a good rate with Hertz.

Can anyone answer the following;

How much did Hertz charge to pre-pay the fuel, we should be getting a Chevy Traverse or similar?

Is it definitely $91 to add an extra driver for the duration of the rental?

Are Hertz located in the main car hire centre?

Any other information would be much appreciated.

Not a lot of use having not hires in MIA for a while but yes Hertz are in the main car rental centre.
