I hope not! Can't be bothered with that after the flight

I messaged them on Facebook when i couldn't check in and they said i would be able to use the kiosk, fingers crossed it works!

I am having real trouble trying to do olci. Last year no problem this year it won't even let me into olci. Car hired through Alamo/Brits.
I tried using the kiosks a couple of years back but they were useless and kept rejecting my booking. :angry:

I couldn't get in turned out I needed to put mrs as well as my first name in the first name box. Still couldn't check in though.

I have Dan, I just cannot fathom what is going wrong. I would cancel and try again but the cost has increased significantly.

I have been trying to do the Alamo save time tonight as well. I have completed save time successfully and have done online check in, which is showing I have completed the process with a confirmation number, showing drivers licence details etc (same as number above the savetime barcode) but refuses to print (just goes to a blank printer friendly page) and won't email either, I get "there has been an error" I've printed the non printer friendly version...no email confirmation of online check in, just the one from Save time so far.

I then click on "skip the counter" which appears beside my confirmation on the webpage and it flashes up "almost complete" and then instantly reverts to a reservation screen and takes you through the process of booking a car I've tried dozens of times...

What am I doing wrong?.. I included the airline details before I read on Dan's sticky that you shouldn't, but can't find a way of going back and amending it...

I've done this process several times successfully via Virgin bookings, this time we did DIY on the car hire through Alamo Brits. I have found several threads on other forums where others are having exactly the same issues. Looks like we'll be at the kiosk at this rate...

can you use another computer to log into the OLCI link? sounds like it might be a browser problem like something is being blocked.

i booked and paid upfront with alamo brits and I have done skip the counter straight to garage unfortunately alamo staff only know how to sell you extras

Thanks W3dal... I'll give it a go now.

Nope, I tried and I am getting exactly the same thing. Obviously an issue with the Online check in bit with my details.

Once you log into OLCI it should just forward you to print your bypass ticket.
