Just tried to look for a price for mine but it's not showing convertibles so I darent mess about with it .

i have paid upfront for my car for this august which is now £44-00 cheaper,being a thicko bondy,how do i get a refund?do i have to cancell booking a re book? i paid on credit card, thanks in anticipation, bondy.

No need to cancel, just click amend booking and select your choice of car. The system will generate a refund and ask for your card details. We did it last week and got a £25 refund. Thinking of amending again, ours has gone down again by £3.50

Thanks for the heads up on how to do this...just got £55.23 refunded...

It's worth checking.. I only booked on Saturday as the prices had dropped by £46... and they have dropped again ...just over a £100 in a few days ...nice one...

Do I have to do skip the counter again because I have amended my booking? ...wasn't sure so thought I'd better ask..
It's still the same reservation number so I'm assuming I don't need to.

Arrgh I'm so confused/annoyed. I booked with Virgin atlantic (I think) though the conf emails say both Virgin atlantic and virgin holidays back in February at £396 now the same car with Brits is £340. Want to cancel but every ref number/booking ref I type in on the virgin or virgin holidays sites dont work.

Does anyone have the Virgin atlantic link for their car hire where I can cancel a booking? as I'm sure thats who I booked it with on the advice of Tom Morrow on here.

No,just done mine,absolutely no need,just printed off new booking confirmation,when I went to skip the counter bit,it just said,in a word or two,almost done,which in fact it was done,jobs a belter 45 smackers in credit,many thank op, bondy
