Dinning at Disney, 2 year old eat free?

Hi dibbers looking for some help! We are almost 180 days out from our holiday and about to start booking our reservations. Our daughter will be 2 and we are unsure if she eats for free or not? When we book character dining for example do we book for a party of 3 and pay for a party of 3? Any help or advice will be appreciated, thank you

You need to book for a party of 3, but at buffets she eats free.

If you book a regular table service, and order separate food, obviously you pay for that, but not if you ask for another plate and share.
