Downloading off the BBC iPlayer

Hi there

Hubby and myself have been glued to line of duty on BBC for the last few Sundays, we fly out next Sunday and will miss the last one too whilst we are away, does anyone know if I can download from the iPlayer these episodes whilst in the US? Thanks

in theory you cant as your not in the UK

you could use a VPn / proxy ?

Can I watch from my iPad my sky? I've just seen that on there I have my recorded programmes? Can I watch from over there with that?

again for sky go you could use a vpn to make it look like you are in the uk

yep - make sure you are using wifi or the charges could be ££££

but as Novo said download a proxy

basically you cant watch bbc from the usa - but a proxy makes the websites THINK the ipad is in the uk!

last year we couldn't watch Disney Life in Disney! although we pay for it - add a proxy, tell it you are in the UK and boom worked no problem.

Thank you how do I get a proxy, where from? Do I have to pay? Sorry to seem a bit dumb lol

look for proxy or VPN on app store

there are free ones and paid ones.

Bear which has a small charge
I have it as an app on my phone, watched bake off on it last year!
