Ohana skewers

Thinking about booking ohana for early dinner. I have seen the menu and see the skewers say peanut and sweet and sour sauce do these come out separately or are the skewers coated in them please? Son would like the chicken and beef as long as he can have it plain and sauce free!

The sauces come separate and in little dishes.
Also you can ask for without on the skewers but the meats are seasoned.
I would say both the chicken and beef are mildly seasoned. If you ask the chefs they may even do one unseasoned for your table, the open grill is in the middle of the restaurant so it is fun the see the chefs cooking on it.

Thanks so much. Seasoning he should be ok with just wouldn't like them covered in sauce unless it is ketchup!
