Has anyone had any joy with Capital One

and if so, which number did you call and what wording did you use when you spoke to them?

We used DHs credit card but he's not very good when it comes to this sort of thing and he's a bit of s softie when trying to get something sorted and tends to just give in for an easy life so I need to give him a step by step guide when he speaks with them.

Did they send a form out for completing? I have tried to look online but the website seems to be down at the moment which isn't helpful.

Hi Kitty - go to saynoto0870 and where it states 'alternative number' click on it and enter Capital One, you'll find a long list of numbers there. Good luck
