Mobile My magic holidays and Thomas Cook



My Magic Holidays are part of Freedom Travel which is part of Thomas Cook.
What happens to all My Magic Holiday bookings?
Panicking!

So we ve just paid a deposit although in my opinion a rather large one. Would we just lose that money? Then have to re book flights, car, Disney part of holiday (had free dining ) and tickets. Booked a private villa.

Flight only - You would lose it if you don’t have insurance that covers the situation. If you paid on CC then you may be able to claim back. Somebody has mentioned a chargeback if paid on debit card but you would need to confirm with your bank.
If it was a package then you should get a refund! X

Ive just booked with mmh will my booking for may 2020 be okay? I paid £100 deposit with rest due in 8wks🙈🙈 im really panicking now

I don’t think you’d get travel insurance that covers supplier end failure after you have booked.
IF the company goes under then everything will be cancelled xx
