Debit card payments need to be claimed for separately via the online claim form that will be released on Monday. All your DD payments will be refunded back to your bank account automatically.

Tesco have sent another email to their customers saying on further guidance, they will be refunding as received.

Hopefully I’ll get mine back soon!

So I’m hoping to see the refund sometimes this week as we paid by direct debit so should automatically go into the bank within 14days ?

I have paid half a deposit credit card and half current account. Is it best to just claim it all back via the online refund system.

Heard nothing from Lloyd's. Rang a couple of times. Keep saying up to 45 days. Disgraceful.

I’ve received a refund for the DD payments made on this years holiday... still waiting for £540 for next years though
