I can see mine going the same way because the TC was flight only. I now have a package deal.

Mine was flight only and they paid out... Make sure you appeal. You are due the money.

The person on disputes that I spoke to tonight has emailed the specialist team to action it as priority as I sent it in on 10th October 😳 She agreed that it shouldn't have taken so long and asked that the length of time should be addressed.

Barclaycard said exactly the same to me yesterday. Said I should have a call/letter within 4 working days. Fingers crossed.

I phoned last week and the 4 to 5 days was up yesterday so I called the disputes management team.

Was this just for flights? Also, was it just you and husband? I have had notification that they are only giving me mine and my husband's, not my son and his family.
