I can see mine going the same way because the TC was flight only. I now have a package deal.

Mine was flight only and they paid out... Make sure you appeal. You are due the money.

It should go in your favour. It may be worth asking on here if anyone with Halifax have had their losses paid.

Barclaycard said exactly the same to me yesterday. Said I should have a call/letter within 4 working days. Fingers crossed.

I phoned last week and the 4 to 5 days was up yesterday so I called the disputes management team.
