No when they email asking for documents you have to reply to the email and send as attachments

Not heard a word from them so far, i claimed on the 7th from southern spain which was a quick replacement holiday, as they went bust a week before we were due to fly. My son though has had a full refund as he paid by Direct Debits, It seems a bit strange that no one here has had a refund yet when they said they were going to be able to refund everyone within 60 days (Don't think this will happen) Would be nice to get it this side of Xmas as we have booked to go at end of April next year.

I've seen a couple of people on FB who have had their refunds paid into their banks yesterday and this morning. They filled in their claims on the 7th October and had no contact by phone or email,just checked their bank accounts and it was there.They had made payments by credit card and debit card and the full refund was paid back to the bank account they put in their claim.Fingers crossed that they won't be too long now.

I called and spoke to a supervisor about an issue. An hour later I got an email asking me to send my documents.
Lord knows why they didn’t do this to start with. Anyway my case is now being looked at |

Has anyone had their refund yet? It’s been over a week since they requested a copy of my invoice etc, but not heard anything since.

No I was due to fly the day they went bust, puf my claim in on the 7th october, recieved email on the 13th october asking for documents which I sent them the same day and I've heard nothing since!
