we couldn't get any at 60 days out ... regular checking ... we ended up with 2, we then worked out how to use rider switch / fast passes together and managed to ride several times each and donate a rider switch pass to a couple that had just joined the back of a 240 minutes standby line! they were pretty pleased!

Get up early I’m afraid. That’s what we did and had FOP done by 9am. Worked really well.
