Flight Group Booking
Hi all
Does anyone have any experience of booking a large group on a flight? Im planning a family trip (including wedding) of 20-25 people in May 2019 and hardly any of the group have actually flown long haul, let alone been to Orlando before! I therefore expect that i will be chief planner and everyone will want to travel together! I know its early to be planning, but this part is quite stressing me out. Does anyone have any tips? Is it best to contact an agent or airline direct? Whats the chances of getting a good price? Thanks Claire

Have previously booked a US holiday for 19 With BA. If you do a group booking they will offer special rates. Not necessarily the cheapest but does offer some flexibility in terms of names etc. This is flight only. However it worked out cheaper to do as a package including flights and hotel. But max of 9 per booking so had to do 3 separate bookings.
This only works if you want everybody to travel on same flights etc. Otherwise get them to book it themselves and just coordinate rough dates etc. |
