30 minutes for us - even that's a push with DH sometimes! Thank goodness for fast pass.

Unless out-of-season I'm not sure I agree with that. At the moment I'm aiming for sub-60 minutes for everything and I'm just about achieving it, there are quite a few 45-55 minute waits planned. Without staying on-site, FPs for the most popular stuff just aren't possible, then there are the rides that don't support it, e.g. Harry Potter stuff at Universal Studios.

That's where staying 1 night at Universal comes in handy - 2 days early entry!

Normally book at a time in the year when parks are quiet and use all FP and single rider lines if allowed. Me and my DS went on the opening day of HP (Hogwarts) at Universal and the queue was 8 hrs .Spoke to someone at the park who told me to come back last thing and we got on within 45 mins. But I did once wait 40mins at Toy Story because they had an issue with the ride. I think that's the longest ive waited .Any more than that and I,m walking bye .

The two queue experiences that stick in my memory would be:
Most unpleasant - Universal Express line for Dudley Do Right's Ripsaw Falls - was still a 35 minute wait in the express line and I'd just accidentally got sunscreen in my eyes, half an hour of agony!
Longest - Men in Black Alien Attack - 140 mins - think it was meant to be around 60-70, but ride was down for an hour or so while queuing. Not entirely sure why we stuck with it. The ride's not bad, but really didn't seem worth it after all that.
Most inaccurate - Space Mountain - 120 mins on the board, actually took 39 minutes - I remember the time as a staff member asked us to report the queue time to the operating staff as they didn't think the screen was accurate. Thankfully for us, they were right!

Men in Black is always breaking down! Every time I've been in line for it this has happened!

Depends on the ride but normally about 45 mins max but really dependent on Alex who has dyspraxia and suffers with queues, noise and personal space.
