I hope it's not the walking dead or anything too scary. It was cheesy fun and a nice place for ac and a sit down.

Sad to see it go- Loved the cheesy Kimberly with her 'Super" sayings

That said it was past its prime, it was reportedly the most expensive piece of film ever made per second when it was launched, bet Arnie got a big pay off there!

I hope they bring the walking dead attraction from LA. Looks real good.

I hope its not replaced with another screen attraction- Universal and IOA have too many now I feel

Maybe.. but with simpsons and HP all the rides are grouped together in 'lands' 🤔
I don't see how they could do anything different enough with another F&F ride either but who knows .

Agree, I'm really bored of 3 and 4D but looks like it's how all rides will be going in one way or another

I was wondering whether it would be a Kungfu Panda attraction?

I'd love a Kung Fu Panda attraction.

Or a How To Train Your Dragon attraction (but I'd prefer a Kung Fu Panda ride ).

Get out!

Here is a rumour just started by me just now.

Pitch Perfect Live!

Its popular, its a show, it has singing. Air conditioned building that wouldn't need more than a stage.

If it happens who do I sue?

I would also be happy with something Boss Baby or Secret Life of Pets related...as they are awesome.

It's actually a good idea. Universal Studios seems to be lacking a good stage show at the moment (since they got rid of that Beetlejuice show) and Pitch Perfect is very popular. With my daughter.

Getting Excited

This for me is close to the disappointment of The Great Movie Ride closing. Yes it was dated and probably a bit naff if you were experiencing it for the first time, but thats kind of what I liked about it. I can remember going on this for the first time in the 90's and being absolutely amazed at just how good it was. Still to this day I dont know how the motorcycle comes out of the screen and onto the stage (I do, but I just dont want to think about it and ruin it). Rides/shows like this are what give parks their magic and aura.

Saying that, I get the thinking behind closing it from a commercial aspect, everything has to go at some point and im sure there'll be much bigger and better classics going in the future. I just hope whatever replaces it delivers on opening day in the same way this one did.
