NY Book now or wait?

Checked everything out and tied down dates and hotel 3rd - 9th jan 2019 crowne plaza Times Square flying man-jfk for £2100 (2people) but I’m wondering if I should wait till nearer the time or book now

Have you checked out Norwegian Air's prices? It might be a lot cheaper for you to take a domestic flight or train within the UK then fly with them. Only last week my daughter booked flights with them from Gatwick to New York 2nd - 5th April this year, for a total of £270 out, £150 back, cabin bags only. It would have been even cheaper but she missed out on the last cheap seat out by just a few minutes.
Flights don't often get cheaper the closer you get to travelling, but sometimes you can get lucky!
