Cancelling Virgin Reward flights

Hi

We had some reward flights booked with Flying Club that, unfortunately, we have had to cancel.

Does anyone know how long it takes for your credit card to be refunded the taxes and charges (-£30 admin fee) following a cancellation?

couple of weeks for the refund, can i ask when they are for as i am on the look out for one please

They were for New York, not Orlando, during the February half term

What are your dates Jaspercat? I keep looking as I'm hoping a direct return will pop up for my date (I'm currently indirect back to LHR). If I know yours I can keep an eye out for you if you like?
